Our Process
At Leecon Interiors, we believe in a collaborative process with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life. Our process includes preconstruction design, where we work with our clients to understand their needs and preferences. We then provide a design and construction estimate, outlining the scope of work and associated costs. On-site consultations are scheduled to ensure that the project is progressing as planned. Finally, we provide finishing touches to bring the project to completion.
Step 1: Site Visit & Consultation
We'll drop by at your convenience to take a look at the property and hear from you what needs to be done. We'll measure, evaluate and examine the space with a practiced eye, and advise you on the best course of action for your reno. This is totally free of charge!
Step 2: Quotation
Once we know what you want, we'll prepare a quotation based on the work requested. This is not a lump sum but a line by line document giving you the unit cost and cost per line item, so you have transparency on how each piece of work is priced.

Step 3: Renovation
Once we've applied for the relevant permits and licenses, our team will get to work with your wish as our command.

We'll provide you with regular real-time updates so you'll be made aware as each critical stage of the work is completed.

If something comes up, we will loop you in on any decision that needs to be made before proceeding. You're the boss.
Step 4: Handover
Quality control makes a project exceptional. Before handover, you can go through the work and we'll touch up any small areas where refinements need to be made.
